Complete Rice Milling Production Line
According to the rice processing sequence, a complete rice processing plant includes: rice → cleaning → husking → rice-rough separation → whitening → grading → polishing → color sorting → packaging → finished rice
1. Cleaning equipment
Vibrating screen: removes large impurities such as straw and sand from rice.
Stone remover: uses the difference in specific gravity to separate heavy impurities such as stones and metals.
2. Rice husker (husker)
The husking is removed from the rice by squeezing with rubber rollers, with a high husking rate and less broken rice.
3. Rice-rough separation screen
Use the difference in particle size or density to separate the unhusked rice from the brown rice, and the rice is returned to the rice husker for husking again.
4. Rice mill: A machine mainly used to remove the outer shell and part of the cortex of rice and process the rice into white rice.
5. White rice grading screen
Used to separate broken rice, whole rice and bran powder to improve the appearance of rice.
6. Polishing machine (optional)
Polish the surface of rice grains with water mist to increase glossiness and extend shelf life.
7. Color sorter (optional)
Use optical recognition to remove different colored grains (such as moldy rice and unhulled rice) to ensure uniform color.
8. Packaging equipment
