20TPD Rice Milling Plant Included Equipment
The complete rice milling plant includes complete rice husking, rice milling and packaging processes. One production line solves the automation process from rice feeding to packaged polished rice. The 20ton rice mill line includes elevator, stone remover, rice ridging machine, rice separator, rice milling machine, rice polishing machine, grader, color sorter, packaging machine and other equipment. In addition, you can also match multiple rice mills according to your actual production needs to achieve multi-level rice milling and screening.
1. Elevator: The bucket elevator transports the rice vertically to the subsequent processing parts, and the lifting height can be adjusted.
2. Stone remover: Removes impurities such as sand, stone, and metal through gravity classification, and the vibrating screen surface + air flow combination cleaning, and the quartz stone separation accuracy reaches 0.2mm.
3. Ridge machine: This step is to separate the brown rice from the rice. It uses the friction between the high-speed rotating grinding wheel and the rice to make the rice husk fall off.
4. Rice separator: Used to separate unhulled rice from brown rice.
5. Rice mill: Grind brown rice into white rice, and remove the germ and bran on the surface of the brown rice through grinding.
6. Rice polishing machine: Water mist polishing technology, ultimate polishing and brightening, the lightening rate reaches 15%-20%, and the commodity value is improved.
7. Grading machine: Separate whole rice/broken rice according to particle size, so that the polishing rate is increased to more than 68%.
8. Color sorter: Use photoelectric sensors to identify and remove different-colored grains and moldy grains to improve the quality of the finished product.
9. Packaging machine: Quantitatively package the processed polished rice to extend the shelf life.
